The Maverick Volleyball Club’s logos, name, branding elements, and all related intellectual property are the exclusive property of Maverick and may not be used by any third-party organization, coach, or individual without prior written approval from the Club. This restriction applies to all forms of use, including but not limited to marketing, social media, promotional materials, and program advertising. Under no circumstances may Maverick athletes, teams, or individuals wearing Maverick-branded apparel be used to promote, endorse, or represent any non-Maverick program, service, or activity. Any unauthorized use of Maverick branding or implied affiliation is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action to protect the Club’s brand and reputation.
