Maverick Volleyball is excited to introduce Simon Doyle as our new Program Coordinator.
With over a decade of experience as both an athlete and coach in our Club system, Simon brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role.
Having transitioned from a successful career as an athlete, Simon‘s passion for coaching was undeniable. He quickly made a name for himself as an Assistant Coach, winning National Silver and Bronze medals in 2012 and 2013, respectively. Simon then took on the role of Head Coach for our 13-14U athletes, where he continued to make a significant impact.
Throughout his tenure with Maverick Volleyball, Simon has been a key figure in our Young Mavs and Learn-to-Play Development programs. He has played an integral role in running our Beach Volleyball Training Centres, leading weekly Young Mavs clinics, and overseeing our Summer Camps for the past decade.
In addition to his work with Maverick Volleyball, Simon is also an accomplished educator at ESC Franco-Cité, where he coaches the grade 7/8 boys and senior girls teams.
As our new Program Coordinator, Simon will be responsible for providing administrative support for our Learn-to-Play and Competitive Programs. From registration and customer service to staffing, equipment, and competition coordination, Simon will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our programs.
We are thrilled to welcome Simon to his new role and look forward to the contributions he will make to Maverick Volleyball.
