Post-Secondary Training Registration Open

Professional-level off-season training for athletes committed to or aspiring to play at the post secondary level. To ensure the highest level of instruction, registration is restricted to national-level athletes. More details below:

OPEN ONLY TO:

• Maverick alumni;
• 18U national graduating players who have committed to or are looking for a post-secondary program;
• 17U National athletes going into 18U; or
• Current post-secondary or professional athletes without a maverick background.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

• Training 2x/week for at least 2 hours (8-weeks)
• Maximum of 20 athletes on 2 courts
• Skill development and individual improvement focused (position-specific when possible)
• High volume of repetitions based on individual progression targets
• Led by post-secondary/professional level head coach, with guest coach and athlete appearances
• Each practice is recorded
• Head coaches will communicate with post-secondary coaches to establish training priorities for each athlete
