Coaching Philosophy

I emphasize the development of good tactical decision-making skills in more advanced athletes who have a solid foundation in their technical skills. Players should become both relaxed and disciplined through this approach, maintaining the even temperament that is needed to succeed in this sport. Mutual support of one another, and strong team bonding, are fostered in an environment that is productive, but fun and playful.
