Bronze finish in Kingston!

Congrats to the 17U Goldrush for their Bronze medal finish at today’s Select-level Challenge Cup in Kingston at Queen’s University. Well done athletes and coaches!!

GoldRush display grit and spirit at OCs

April 20, 2025

The 17U GoldRush entered the Ontario Championships as the 13th seed out of 111 teams. In a tough Day 1 pool which featured the eventual provincial gold and bronze medalists, they battled hard and advanced to the highly competitive “play back” CC pool.
On Day 2, a three-way tie for first came down to tie-breakers, narrowly keeping them from advancing to the top 8. On Day 3, they faced the 6th-seeded Titans in the quarterfinals, pushing the match to a deciding third set but falling short. They held strong to finish tied for 13th in Ontario. The GoldRush showed outstanding grit, resilience, and the ability to challenge the province’s best. Well done, GoldRush!
