Maverick Hawks 13u earn a Bronze in their first 14u OVA event of the year

The Maverick Hawks 13u girls rounded out an all Maverick podium with a bronze medal at the Championship OVA 14u Provincial Cup tournament that took place in Kingston on Nov 15th. These girls continue to impress with their enduring energy and always positive approach to the game. Lots of grit and determination brought success in a hard fought 3-set victory in the bronze medal match.

Hawks compete in Syracuse

March 30, 2025

The first ever USA tournament for the 13u Hawks who competed in 14u in the Nike Syracuse Smash this weekend. These young ladies came out flying with a clean sweep on Saturday to take first in their pool and earn a birth into gold bracket for day 2. After a tough loss to the eventual tournament winner in the quarters, the Hawks bounced back with an exciting 3 set victory to take 5th place! Well done ladies!
