Playing History

Erin is a lifelong volleyball player with 5 years experience playing at the provincial level, past certification as a referee within the OVA, and a continued active role in the volleyball community in Ottawa.

Coaching Experience

This is Erin’s second year with our organization, having been Head Coach of one of our four 11/12U squads last season. She has recently completed the Developmental Coach training program through the OVA. 

Coaching Philosophy

I am here to guide each of the athletes on my team in their love of this game. Whatever their developmental goals are, I am here to coach and support them in achieving those.

‍My mission as Head Coach is to work closely with the other coaches at this level to help athletes hone their skills, learn from one another, and overcome challenges.  We will all work together to set a strategy for each athlete to achieve their goals.

‍As Head Coach, I will act as a mentor, motivator, and cheerleader to my athletes as they work to feel happy and confident on and off the court.

Current Career

Playing in an intermediate adult league in Ottawa and loving every moment!
