Advanced Development Coach (Trained)

As a coach I believe in the following:

Development over victory. The focus is on the process of coaching, rather than the outcome of the game.
Teamwork before individual glory. Collective effort is more important than individual brilliance.
A team is a sum of ALL it’s parts. Everyone has a role in the success and failure of the Team.
It is important that we support each other in a positive, constructive way. It’s equally important for each of us to accept / respect each member of the team and expect the same in return.
Coaching is about being in service to others, not yourself. My job is to do everything I can to help those I coach grow, develop, and succeed individually and collectively – no more, no less.
