Coaching Experience

I am now an Assistant Coach for the 12U Lonestars.

I first coached with the Mavs around 2005-2006 working with the 15U Boys team. 

In 2006-2007 I was an assistant coach with the Mavs 16U Boys team. 

Coaching Philosophy

Volleyball was such a big part of my life through high school. It taught me about commitment, hard work, dealing with adversity, and most importantly what amazing team work looks like. When coaching I try to share that experience with athletes so that they can hopefully take away some of the same learning. 

I believe Volleyball is one of the best examples of a true team sport.

• Everyone on the team needs to work seamlessly together
• Everyone on the court has a specific role to play
• Everyone needs to be clearly communicating with their teammates 

Current Career

I currently work on the sales team with a developer focused cybersecurity company called Snyk. I started with the team in 2018 when we were 80 team members. We’ve now grown to 1200 team members worldwide.
