My coaching philosophy is to provide an athlete the opportunity to:

  • Focus on development over winning; looking at long term development vice instant gratification;
  • Respect all those involved in their athletic career, players, parents/volunteers and coaches;
  • Cultivate their self-confidence;
  • Foster a team first mentality, we over me;
  • Develop their character in areas like drive, moral integrity, responsibility and leadership; and
  • Have passion for the sport, sport for life.
