2014 Maverick Summer Strength & Conditioning Program

This program will have athletes develop to full potential in the off season. Athletes will push their body to new levels. This program will allow you to have maximum results in strength and plyometrics to increase volleyball performance for 2014/15. Athletes will also use the Functional Movement Screen results as a warmup to help them develop proper movement patterns and reduce non contact injuries.

Weekly training schedule 

2 days of strength training

1 day of plyometric training

plus have an optional workout to do on weekends on their own



Training will be done at the Louis-Riel Dôme - 1659 Bearbrook Rd, Gloucester (behind the high school)

Training days and times offered

 Mon, Wed and Thurs from 8pm-9pm

Program start date

 July 2 2014 from 7pm to 9pm

  • physical testing/orientation presentation

  first workout on July 3 2014

 last workout on Sept 18 2014


$396.73 plus HST

Fees would include:

  • Three months at the LR Dôme
  • Two trainers at all times
  • Athlete can drop in whenever they want within those 3 times slots over three days
